DESIGN 1950-1970

The Museum of Design and Applied Arts was founded in December 1998 by the community of Garšabęr, the National Museum of Iceland and the Ministry of Education and Culture. The board of the new museum decided to begin with a retrospective exhibition of Icelandic design between 1950 and 1970. I was responsible for the design and display of the exhibition.
